Zayna loved bedtime. Curled in her cozy room, the moonlight painted silver patterns on the walls. Tonight, though, a strange stillness filled the air, heavier than her quilt.

She peeked outside. The stars, usually twinkling like diamonds, were...gone! A wave of worry washed over her. Where did they go? "Did they simply...sleep?"

Clutching her pink backpack, Zayna tiptoed outside. The garden felt different without the starlight. Then, a tiny voice, like tinkling bells, "Psst! Up here!"
Page 4
"I'm Luna," the firefly chirped, her light blinking. "The Sleepy Stars have vanished! They're vital for sweet dreams. Will you help me find them, Zayna?"
Page 5
Zayna, emboldened, nodded. "Of course! But where do we even begin, Luna?" Luna twinkled, "The Whispering Woods! The Dream Weaver might know!"

Deeper in the woods, shadows danced like sprites. The air hummed with unheard melodies. Luna guided Zayna past luminous mushrooms and whispering willows.

They reached a clearing where a giant spiderweb shimmered, spun with moonlight. "The Dream Weaver's home," Luna whispered. Zayna felt a shiver of trepidation.
Page 8
A gentle voice echoed, "Welcome, little dreamer." A large, but kind-looking spider with iridescent eyes emerged from the web. "I am the Dream Weaver."

"The Sandman's Clock is broken!" Dream Weaver sighed, her voice like rustling leaves. "He uses it to spread sleepy dust. Without it, the stars can't shine! It's in the Valley of Mists."
Page 10
The Valley of Mists was cloaked in swirling grey. Visibility was low. "How will we find it?" Zayna wondered aloud, her voice barely a whisper.

Suddenly, Zayna remembered! In her backpack, she had a compass! "I can use this to find north!" she exclaimed, a wave of hope washing over her.
Page 12
Following the compass, they stumbled upon a small cottage. Inside, the Sandman sat slumped, his clock shattered into a million shimmering pieces. "Oh dear," Zayna sighed.
Page 13
Zayna carefully gathered the shimmering fragments. "Maybe..." she mumbled, and with Luna's help, she used her hair tie to bind the pieces! It worked!"

The Sandman wound the mended clock. Sleepy dust filled the air, and with a *twinkle*, the stars returned! Back in bed, Zayna smiled. "Even small acts can bring big dreams."
