1. About the Service

Artory AI is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized illustrated children's stories. The service is intended for use by adults (parents, guardians, and gift-givers) on behalf of children.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may create multiple child profiles under your account.
• All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Artory AI offers the following tiers: a Free plan (3 lifetime stories), a Premium Monthly plan (25 stories per month), and a Premium Annual plan. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Additional story credit packs may be purchased as one-time add-ons (2 credits for $0.99, 10 credits for $4.99, 20 credits for $9.99). Unused purchased credits roll over month to month, capped at 20 unused credits maximum.

4. AI-Generated Content

All stories and illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design our system to produce age-appropriate, high-quality content, AI output can occasionally be imperfect. We encourage parents to review stories with their children. You retain the right to use, download, and share stories generated for your personal, non-commercial use. Artory AI retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.

5. Print-on-Demand

Artory AI offers the ability to turn your personalized stories into professionally printed picture books through our print fulfillment partner.

Refund Policy: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of printed books, all print orders are final and non-refundable. However, if your book arrives with a manufacturing or quality defect, we will provide a replacement reprint at no cost. To request a reprint, contact us at info@artory.ai with your order number and a photo of the defect.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform's technology
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform in any way that could harm minors

7. Intellectual Property

The Artory AI brand, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by Artory AI, Inc. Story content generated for you is licensed for your personal use. The AI models and generation systems remain the property of their respective providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artory AI is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or availability of AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artory AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@artory.ai.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
